* Choose Internet Options from the Tools menu of Internet Explorer
and then click on the Advanced tab.
* Change the following settings as desired:
Move
system cursor with the activation/selection changes.
If you use a screen reader utility,
this check box should be ticked. Some utilities for reading or enlarging the screen
use the system cursor to determine the area of the screen to be read or enlarged.
Always expand alternative text for images.
Tick this check box if you prefer to view
the alternative descriptive text (text with ALT tag) instead of viewing the images
themselves. In this case, the Show images check box is disabled. In this way, the
text will not be cut off even if it occupies more space than the area of the image.
Use
Continuous scroll and Enable page transitions.
If you use a utility for enlarging
or reading the screen, we recommend you disable the corresponding check boxes. If
you use a voice recognition program, recognition errors may occur during continuous
scrolling and transitions. If this happens, we recommend you disable these check
boxes.
Show images, Start animations and Play video.
Play sounds.
If the user has learning
difficulties, this check box should be disabled to avoid distracting him/her. Blind
users should enable this check box or download specific sounds so as to avoid interfering
with the screen reader utility reading the text out loud.

in background.
If you have impaired vision, you can disable this check box to make
the printed text easier to read.
